Checkers & Rally's has relied on Global Risk Management's beef forecasts for many years to provide forward visibility into one of our major costs. We find their forecasts to be reliable, unbiased, and well supported versus other inputs. The transparency Global Risk Management provides behind the forecasts further enhances our overall understanding of beef markets.

We hired Global Risk Management to help us navigate the complexities of the foreign exchange market as they came highly recommended. GRM really hit the ground running in understanding not only how our currency risks impact our business but also in understanding our risk tolerance and implementing a disciplined and effective program in managing our risks. Our partnership with GRM was favorably recognized by our management team and advisory board. I would highly recommend GRM to anyone seeking outside expertise in currency and commodity risk.

We were very excited to have a commodity risk management world leader, Global Risk Management Corp., share best practices at our annual Institute of Supply Management (ISM) Conference earlier this year. Numerous attendees provided feedback that this was one of the best sessions over the entire four day conference. As you look at taking your commodity risk management to the next level, partnering with Global Risk Management Corp can provide you the added expert edge on making better proactive commodity buying decisions.

We hired Global Risk Management in 2016 to create a comprehensive policy covering Cameron's commodity risk management activity and to assist in implementing the policy. The people at GRM really took the time to not only understand our risks but also to understand our overall business. As a direct result of our engagement with GRM, we have significantly improved our internal alignment and communication with respect to our strategy discussions around managing risk. GRM also helped us in creating a consistent method for measuring and reporting risk within our company. I find GRM responsive, easy to work with, and very pragmatic in their approach to advising us on matters related to risk management. We continue to leverage GRM's expertise in commodity and foreign currency risk as an integral part of our risk team. I would highly recommend GRM.

I was blown away by the analysis and deep understanding GRM had on corn, soybeans, wheat, dairy, vegetable oils — the list goes on. They are very knowledgeable in agriculture global commodities, follow market fundamentals and technical analysis, and are able to break it down for people who are not familiar with these topics. They can analyze a company's internal risk and put a game plan together to contain risk. You will receive the knowledge and analysis of a big consulting group and the personal approach of a small company that cares about your business.

Global Risk Management (GRM) was a featured speaker during a recent event discussing commodity risk management with our guests that included senior level executives from consumer and industrial products companies. The audience remained actively engaged with the content as GRM established themselves as knowledgeable in commodity risk by covering commodity market fundamentals, stochastic modeling, strategy, reporting and accounting issues.

As the senior supply chain leader for McDonald's North America, I had overall responsibility for all commodity risk management activity for restaurants in the U.S. & Canada. Global Risk Management was a huge asset in customizing and detailing rationale for acting or declining to take risk positions to protect or enhance operating margins. GRM's differentiated market perspectives often provided alternative interpretations vs. those from large agribusiness firms. Without question, GRM's commodity risk management strategies played a significant and measurable role in achieving competitive and predictable pricing for the McDonald's system. I would recommend the GRM team to any foodservice organization seeking to better manage raw material costs.
